As hosted customers migrate to [Pro Web https://wikido.isoftdata.com/index.php/Internal:UseWebApp], make sure their product code is present in `companyinfo`.`productcode`. If that field contains a NULL value, the user will see the following on their Pro screen when they attempt to log in.
