ITrack Enterprise supports a one way export of .csv files that can be imported into QuickBooks Online. This page will walk you through how to enable this system and how to perform your first import.
Enabling the Export
Before you can create export files from ITrack, you need to enable QuickBooks Online export. This is compatible with QuickBooks Desktop export and can be enabled at the same time if you wish. Once checked, the "QuickBooks Journal Entry Push" tab will appear.
Choose Days to Export
On the Journal Entry Push tab, choose which days you'd like to export to QuickBooks Online, just like you'd do for a push into QuickBooks Desktop. Once you're satisfied, click "Export to QB Online"
Configure Export Settings
You will be presented with a popup where you can configure how you'd like the export files (.csv's) to be built. These choices allow you to customize how the information will map to QB Online and should match how things are configured in your company file, as ITrack will not set up anything in that system.
Each of these configuration options will be discussed in order:
Using account numbers
This setting controls whether ITrack should put the GL account numbers, pictured here:
will be included in the export, or whether the chart of accounts will be identified only by the account name only. This should be set to match the setting in your QB Online company settings seen here:
