If a paradox issue arises it is best to contact Matthew, because he is probably the only one who knows how to fix it. Otherwise, you can try the solution below to see if that will work.

Fixing General Issues With Paradox

If the Computer Crashes or there is a power outage while ITrack is in use and they are unable to get back into ITrack the following procedure will need to be done on all computers affected:

  1. Open My Computer
  2. Right Click on C Drive and Select Find. A dialogue box will appear.
  3. In the dialogue box type *.net
  4. When the search is done if paradox.net or pdxusrs.net appear delete them.
  5. Now using the same dialogue box search for *.lck
  6. When the search is done if paradox.net or pdxusrs.net appear delete them.
  7. The Client computer may have lost the drive mapping. To repair this click on Network Neighborhood and click on the drive that needs to be mapped and map it.
