ITrack/Database Error 1062

Cause:

ITrack is trying to enter some information into the database that would cause a primary key to be duplicated.

Solution:

Let a developer know about the issue. Make sure you check the 'Show Advanced Information' checkbox; then provide developers with all of the information on the error message such as:

1. The error type and number
2. All of the text in the 'Error Information' section
3. The filename and line number
