Error is not a valid integer value

Sometimes when trying to insert a customer's credentials into the Car-Part upload you will get the error message:
'ERROR' is not a valid integer value.
As the message so astutely states, ERROR is indeed not an integer. Unfortunately, we do not have the tools to fix this error, so the customer should call Car-Part and they will fix it for them.
