Cause

Something is preventing the crxdrt dynamic link library from functioning correctly with ITrack.

Possible Solution

We have run into this error a few times in the Report Viewer when data has been saved along with a report. Open the problematic report in Crystal Reports and go to File >> Save Data With Report. Make sure that 'Save Data With Report' is unchecked.
