			Once you're satisfied that you've configured the export settings (or they were restored automatically from last time). Just click the export button. Depending on how much data you were exporting, only a single file may be created, but its possible there could be several. QB Online only allows 1000 rows per journal entry, so days of adjustments must be organized into files in such a way to fit.

			Each file will be named after the first day of the GL entries present in that file.

			After you've imported any number of days successfully into QuickBooks, you can mark those day(s) as exported successfully in ITrack. This can be done in the same Journal Entries tab where you exported the values in the first place.
