			Once you do this, a new vehicle record gets created - but it's not a normal vehicle record:
			* It has a status of "B" and will not show up in vehicle searches by default
			* It has no cost tab (you don't have any costs until after you decide to buy the vehicle)
			* It has no performance tab (you can't track your profit until after you have parts to sell)
			* It has no teardown tab, but it does have a bid tab that looks eerily similar

			To make this easier, we wanted to add something that would let you
			* Enter information about a vehicle before you purchased it (so you could keep track of ongoing bids)
			* Give you an idea of what the parts were worth (so you could make more educated bids)

			So we added the idea of a "vehicle bid" to ITrack.
