			If the scanning device on the Symbol stopped working and the screen displays "Cannot enable scanner A0000000C" whenever the Symbol is reset, here is what you can do to fix that:
			* Check the Beam Application settings in the Connections tab of the Settings menu and make sure "Receive all incoming beams" is unchecked.
			* If that doesn't work you will need to cold boot the Symbol (Hold down the Right Scan and Power buttons, and press in the Reset button on the back of the device all at the same time). Warning: performing a cold boot will wipe out all of the programs you have stored on the handheld and set it back to factory defaults.
			* Once the device boots back up the scanner should work again, but you will need to reinstall Opera because the version of Internet Explorer that comes with the MC50 does not handle javascript very well.
			* To reinstall Opera, download it onto your computer from [http://download.isoftdata.com/opera_wm2003_ppc_865.cab here], then bring up ActiveSynch on the computer where the Symbol is connected to and go to File >> Explore, then copy/paste Opera onto the device.
			* Now that the file is on the Symbol we need to run it. Inside of the handheld, go to File Explorer and open the Opera installer. Opera should install itself on the device, and you will need to configure a few things: Bookmark the ITrack LX Login page, set the browser to fit the screen, and register Opera so that it won't stop working after 30 days.
