The "file not found" error is reported by Crystal when trying to print a report.

Cause

This error most often occurs because the directory where ITrack tells Crystal to look for reports is inaccessible.

Solution

Make sure the report directory is valid (you can find it in the Options, on the General tab). Try opening the folder to make sure you it is reasonable.
