Problem

When ITrack starts up, the logo is displayed, and ITrack begins to quickly use up massive amounts of system memory. After using all of the system memory, one of two things will happen:

  1. Windows will automatically close the application without displaying an error.
  2. ITrack will display an error such as "Out of Memory" and shut itself down.

Cause

Unconfirmed, possibly a side effect of an anti-virus program such as Norton.

Solution

Dayton fixed this issue on one computer by deleting all of the binaries in the ITrack directory and copying new ones in.

Removing the anti-virus program is always a fine idea.
