The Sales tab offers a few choices for displaying invoices.  At the top left of the Sales tab, you can view your customer's invoices by clicking "Mine," or "All" customers. When All is selected, a refresh button displays (two green arrows).
 
The Shipping and Billing options toggle between the shipping and billing name in the third column.
 
To search based on date, use the Date Range controls below. Setting the drop down to "Always" will show all open invoices. "Custom" lets you specify dates. You can also use the quick options of "Yesterday," "Today," "This Year," etc.

ITrack Pro is different from other inventory management systems because it allows you to open multiple screens. This allows you to easily toggle back and forth between screens, saving you time.
Double-clicking any invoice line will open that invoice in the Sales screen. Sales will also show in the Open Windows pane.

The Quotes tab allows you to easily view a variety of quotes your company has created.  You can choose to view active quotes, expired quotes or all quotes (both active and expired).  You can also select whether you want to view your or everyone's quotes.

The Print Reports tab allows you to select different reports and print them.


There are a variety of reports for you to choose from such as sales by salesperson, payments received and inventory summary.  Some reports, such as the billing report, allow you to enter in date parameters so that you can see a how a certain aspect of your business performed over a certain period of time.

ITrack allows you to export and import your data easily via the Imports/Exports tab.  Send parts to Car-Part.com, HeavyTruckParts.Net, Automotix, or to a PDAYou can also import data from a PDA after you've scanned parts out in your yard.  Click the type of export you want. Most exports do not require a date selected, but the MAS 90 export does require beginning and ending dates.

You can choose to view your own (Mine) POs or All POs in the system. When All is selected, a button displays with two green arrows. That button allows you to refresh, which will give you the most current view.

A Bid is an amount of money that you plan on spending to acquire an item at an auction; multiple Bids can be made for the same item, and if you win the item in the auction the Bid is marked as 'Purchased' - if you lose the bidding then the Bid is marked as 'Closed'.  Select the checkboxes in the Bids tab to view a list of Open, Closed, and Purchased Bids.  See the [[ITrack/Pro/Vehicles Screen|Vehicles Screen]] for more information on creating Bids.

The Lost Sales tab is in place to record any instances of a lost sale (i.e. a customer calls in to purchase an item but the item is not in stock).
Like the Bids tab, you can edit the date range in order to reduce the number of results on screen.

The Home Screen

Home Screen

The Home Screen is the starting point for ITrack Pro. It is divided into four sections:

Quick Links

The Quick Links at the top of the screen take you to various help screens.
View Recent Changes takes you to the ITrackPro Changelog, which shows details from the version updates.
Training Tutorials takes you to the ITrackPro Training Videos.
Newsletter Signup takes you to a form to sign up for the ISoft Data Systems Newsletter.
Report a Bug launches your default e-mail program and addresses a message to pro@isoftdata.com.
Contact Support opens the ISoft Data Systems contact web page.
View Help opens the ISoft Wiki page for ITrack Pro. This gives you the full User's Manual, Troubleshooting, Error Messages, and other useful information.

Main Menu

The Main Menu is the command center of your inventory system. You can access each of the ITrack Pro screens with a single click. Once open, these screens are added to Open Windows, below.

Open Windows

Below the Main Menu you will see an Open Windows list. Every time you open a new screen from the Main Menu, it will show up in the Open Windows list. This will show you which screens you have open. You can easily switch to an open screen by clicking it in the list.

Document Tabs

Sales

The Sales tab offers a few choices for displaying invoices. At the top left of the Sales tab, you can view your customer's invoices by clicking "Mine," or "All" customers. When All is selected, a refresh button displays (two green arrows).

Bids
