Once Turbo Lister is installed on the customer's computer, sometimes it will not load the dialog that allows the user to sign into their ebay account. Instead, a blank white screen appears. This is because Turbo Lister uses Internet Explorer on it's credentials page. If the sign in page is not loading, check that Internet Explorer is functioning properly.

Cause

Sometimes HTML won't display correctly if it has certain Javascript or CSS elements.

Resolution

Before anything make sure all links look like: "http://www.cyclerecyclers.net/image.php?productcode={?ProductCode}&inventoryid={?PartNum}&imageid={X}" and X is replaced by a number that is greater than 0
