For a particular Inventory record, quantity on hand (often displayed as QOH) is the amount of an item currently in stock at the location. It does not take hold orders or incoming transfers, and is only affected by manual inventory adjustments, finalizing invoices or work orders, or receiving purchase orders or transfer orders.

For a particular inventory record, this value is visible on the parts screen.
