Problem:
This problem is caused because the user does not have adequate permissions to access a particular screen.
Solution:
(After asking a manager at the truck yard)
- Log into ITrack using the support login.
- Go to Edit >> Users
- Select the user that needs their permissions changed
- Give the user the permissions that they need
