Could Not Initialize Crystal.png

Problem:

Whenever a user tries to print from ITrack (any screen, single user) this error message pops up.

Solution:

1. Make sure that Edit >> Options is pointed to the reports directory and that ODBC is set up correctly.

2. That probably won't fix it, so reinstall Crystal 11.
