A user can have trouble accessing ITrack for many reasons. We may add to this list as we continue to receive calls on connectivity, but this should be a good starting point for connectivity issues.
Database Error #: 2003
While pinging an IP is not foolproof, it can show a problem. If you ping the IP from the error message and you receive "Request timed out," One of a few issues may be in play:
- OpenVPN is not running
- Check services.msc and look for the OpenVPN. Stop and restart it. Also check the system tray for the GUI. If both are running, exit out of the GUI, try pinging again.
