Problem:

The customer has a bad .dll in their ITrack directory.

Solution:

  • The fast way: Find the zip file of .dlls on tools.isoftdata.com
  • The slow (slightly more correct) way: Transfer all of the .dlls from your ITrack directory into theirs.
