Problem:
This problem is caused because the user does not have adequate permissions to access a particular screen.
Solution:
(After asking a manager at the truck yard) 1. Log into ITrack using the support login. 2. Go to Edit >> Users 3. Select the user that needs their permissions changed 4. Give the user the permissions that they need
