ITrack/Memory Leak

Problem

When ITrack starts up, the logo is displayed, and ITrack begins to quickly use up massive amounts of system memory. After using all of the system memory, one of two things will happen:

1. Windows will automatically close the application without displaying an error.
2. ITrack will display an error such as "Out of Memory" and shut itself down.

Cause

An antivirus program (We're looking at YOU, Norton) on the computer has quarantined an important file that ITrack needs to use.

Solution

Uninstall the problematic antivirus program and install a better, more reasonable antivirus.
