Logon failed.
Problem
This error occurs because the login information in ODBC is incorrect.
Solution(s)
- Open up ODBC, enter the correct information, and hit "Test" to confirm that you have a connection.
- If an ODBC entry exists for ITrack in the 'User DSN' tab, you should delete that out. The ODBC connections should be set up in the 'System DSN' tab.
- Try navigating to the reports directory and printing again.
