Crystal Reports failed to initialize: The operation completed successfully

Cause

There is something wrong with the Crystal Reports Installation, or Crystal Reports is not on the computer.

Solution

Install the Crystal 11.5 installer packages.
Uninstall the current version of Crystal Reports and then install the Crystal 11.5 installer packages.
