Crystal Reports failed to initialize: The operation completed successfully
Cause
There is something wrong with the Crystal Reports Installation, or Crystal Reports is not on the computer.
Solution
- Install the Crystal 11.5 installer packages.
- Uninstall the current version of Crystal Reports and then install the Crystal 11.5 installer packages.
