Bar Code Font
The bar code font (otherwise known as 3OF9.TTF) is used when printing out thermal tags from ITrack. If a customer prints out a tag and complains that there is no bar code, or that there is a number between asterisks at the bottom of the tag, then you will need transfer the font 3OF9.TTF onto the customer's computer. Once it is on their computer make sure that it is placed in their fonts directory (Control Panel >> Fonts).
The next time you print a tag from ITrack it should have the bar code.
Where to find 3OF9.TTF
On File, go to Tech Support and look under Miscellaneous; you should find the font 3OF9.TTF there. Font should also be on http://dl.isoftdata.com.
