ITrack/Crystal Reports Dos Error
A "Dos Error" is reported by Crystal when trying to print a report.
This error most often occurs because ITrack is set to look for a reports directory in the wrong place. It happens most typically when the reports location is set to a network folder on a mapped drive.
Make sure the report directory is valid (you can find it in the Options, on the General tab). Try opening the folder to make sure that it is a valid and correct path - and change it if necessary. In some cases, merely opening the folder will force Windows to enable the network resource.
If it is possible, avoid using mapped network drives and instead use windows sharing protocol with the full computer share path.
