Cause

The last time the report file was saved, it was saved with a value for one of its' parameters. The report will obstinately refuse to accept any new parameters passed to it by ITrack.

Solution

  1. Open the report
  2. Run the report (F5). The report should run without asking you for a parameter.
  3. Close the preview.
  4. Run the report again. This time, Crystal should ask you to provide a parameter that it did not ask for before. You may hit cancel.
  5. Save the report
