Revision as of 14:26, 26 June 2009 by Codeman (talk | contribs) (Crystal/The value or range you are adding has already existed moved to ITrack/Crystal Reports The value or range you are adding has already existed)
Cause
The last time the report file was saved, it was saved with a value for one of its' parameters. The report will obstinately refuse to accept any new parameters passed to it by ITrack.
Solution
- Open the report
- Run the report (F5). The report should run without asking you for a parameter.
- Close the preview.
- Run the report again. This time, Crystal should ask you to provide a parameter that it did not ask for before. You may hit cancel.
- Save the report
