ITrack/Error 52 - bad file name or number

Cause:

This error occurs because the version of PDF Creator that the customer is using does not respond well when it does not have administrator access.

Solution:

Install the new version of PDF Creator, which can be found on dl.isoftdata.com. You will probably need administrator access before the computer allows you to install the new version.
