Dos error.

Cause

This error occurs because the user needs authentication to access the server where the reports directory is stored.

Solution

To fix this problem, map the reports directory as a network drive. Open up My Computer, go to Tools --> Map Network Drive, select the letter you would like to have mapped, and copy/paste the address of the reports directory into the 'Folder' field.

Afterwards, make sure the directories in ITrack are configured to use the mapped network drive.
