Error occurred while trying to print.

Problem

A user encountered this error message in ITrack Enterprise while trying to print tags.

Solution

Unfortunately a clear solution to this problem was not found. It is probably due to a corrupt printer driver on the computer that the tag printer was physically connected to.

Restarting the computer sometimes resolves this issue.

Try reinstalling the printer driver on the computer the tag printer is hooked up to (if the tag printer is networked to another computer you will need to reestablish the connection).
