Possible solutions for this error message:

  1. The ODBC driver is pointed at the wrong server.
  2. The user has not entered all of the required parameters for the report to run.
  3. This error occurs because there is something wrong with the report you are trying to print. You will need to edit the report, submit it to SVN, and put the updated report in the customer's reports directory.
