Minimum Screen Resolution
- ITrack AX: 800 x 600
- ITrack Enterprise: 1024 x 768
- ITrack Pro: 800 x 600 (Soon 1024 x 768)
How to Check Your Screen Resolution
Windows 2000 & XP
Windows Vista & 7
- Click the Start button(bottom left of screen)
- Control Panel
- In the top right click View by and select Small icons
- Find and select Display in the list
- Select Adjust resolution from the left pane
- Your current resolution will be shown.
If it is less then the minimum resolution for your version of ITrack, you will need to adjust the resolution in order for ITrack to run.
