Minimum Screen Resolution

  • ITrack AX: 800 x 600
  • ITrack Enterprise: 1024 x 768
  • ITrack Pro: 800 x 600 (Soon 1024 x 768)

How to Check Your Screen Resolution

Windows XP

  1. Click the Start button(bottom left of screen)
  2. Control Panel
  3. In the left pane click Switch to Classic View if it isn't already in classic view.
  4. Find and open Display from the list
  5. Click the Settings tab
  6. Your current resolution will be shown.

Windows Vista & 7

  1. Click the Start button(bottom left of screen)
  2. Control Panel
  3. In the top right click View by and select Small icons
  4. Find and open Display from the list
  5. Select Adjust resolution from the left pane
  6. Your current resolution will be shown.

If your resolution is less then the minimum

If your resolution is less then the minimum for your version of ITrack, you will need to adjust the resolution in order for ITrack to run.
