Problem: User gets Windows installer dialog

Happens when starting ITrack or running other programs such as Microsoft Office. This is annoying. Even more annoying when you don't know how to fix it. I'll help you out since I'm a nice guy.

Solution

  1. Download the Microsoft Windows Installer Cleanup application.
  2. Install It.
  3. Open the task manager
    1. Go to the processes tab
    2. Check "Show processes from all users" at the bottom
    3. Kill all tasks named msiexec.exe
  4. Go to the Start menu and run Windows Install Clean Up
  5. Find ITrack Pro Car in the list

  1. Click Remove
  2. Stupid issue should be fixed.
