i was ganna throw this on the page but changed my mind:

  1. Open Command Prompt (Start> Run> CMD > OK)
  2. Type "cd C:\Program Files\ISoft Data Systems\ITrack Enterprise\" and press enter (This assumes that ITrack is in fact installed in that location)
  3. Type "regsvr32 crviewer.dll" and click ok
  4. Type "Exit" and press enter or just click the X to close Command Prompt.
