This error sometimes appears when a user clicks on the 'Export to Car-Part' button on the Home Screen of ITrack Pro.

== Solution ==
# Transfer over the New PKZip files from: [\\file\ITRACK\Tech Support\3rd Party Software\Car-Part\NewPkzip]
# Place the files in the correct directory on the customer's computer (usually C:\pkzip).
# Click the 'Export to Car-Part' button in ITrack again.
