Auto Data Direct Fields

Column	Description
Reference ID	This is a field Auto Data Direct lets you use for your own reference purposes. ITrack will fill in the vehicle tracking number here.
NMVTIS ID	This is the ID number given to you by NMVTIS. It can be entered in the company settings under NMVTIS.
PIN	This is your PIN for NMVTIS. It can be entered in the company settings under NMVTIS.
REPORTING ENTITY NAME	This is your company name. ITrack uses what is entered on the company settings under Company Info.
IS AN INSURANCE ENTITY?	This is set to NO.
REPORTING ENTITY ADDR	ITrack uses the address of the reporting store here.
REPORTING ENTITY CITY	ITrack uses the address of the reporting store here.
REPORTING ENTITY ST	ITrack uses the address of the reporting store here.
REPORTING ENTITY ZIP	ITrack uses the address of the reporting store here. This MUST be the nine-digit zip code per NMVTIS standards.
REPORTING ENTITY PHONE	ITrack uses the address of the reporting store here.
REPORTING ENTITY EMAIL	This is blank.
VIN	Required. ITrack pulls the VIN from the vehicle screen.
VEHICLE / VESSEL MAKE	ITrack gets the NCIC code from the vehicle's make.
VEHICLE MODEL YEAR	ITrack pulls this from the vehicle screen.
VEHICLE MODEL NAME	ITrack pulls this from the vehicle screen.
VEHICLE STYLE	ITrack pulls this from the vehicle screen.
MILEAGE	ITrack pulls this from the vehicle screen. It is set to M, for miles.
VEHICLE SALVAGE OBTAIN DATE	ITrack uses the Purchased On date from the vehicle screen.
VEHICLE DISPOSITION TEXT	ITrack uses the vehicle status to determine the disposition text. The default translation is this: A and H = "SCRAP", S = "SOLD", C = "CRUSHED", anything else will be "UNKNOWN" and must be changed manually. This behavior can be customized, please contact ITrack support if you wish to change how ITrack determined disposition text.
REASON FOR DISPOSITION	ITrack leaves this blank. If you are entering a CARS (Cash for Clunkers) vehicle, "CASH FOR CLUNKERS VEHICLE" must be entered manually.
VEHICLE INTENDED FOR EXPORT	ITrack assumes NO here. If this needs to be changed it must be done manually.

DISMANTLER LOCATION	ITrack uses the current store's two-letter state code.
DISMANTLER LIC NUMBER	ITrack uses what is in the company info screen here.
DISMANTLER STOCK NUMBER	ITrack uses the vehicle's stock number here.
TITLING JURISDICTION	ITrack will use the title state from the vehicle info screen here.
TITLE NUMBER	ITrack will use the title number from the vehicle info screen here.

Fields That Must Be Addressed Manually

• Intended for Export. This only needs to be changed manually if the vehicle is intended for export.
• Reason for Disposition. This only needs to be changed manually if the vehicle was a Cash for Clunkers vehicle.
