ITrack/Crystal Reports Dos Error

A "Dos Error" is reported by Crystal when trying to print a report.

Cause

This error most often occurs because ITrack is set to look for a reports directory in the wrong place.

Solution

Make sure the report directory is valid (you can find it in the Options, on the General tab). Try opening the folder to make sure that it is a valid and correct path - and change it if necessary.
