Provider Success Manual - Here is what being a Lawnhiro is, the do’s and don’ts, situations, how-to.

Quick Start

Set up push notifications

  1. Email notifications are the default setting and Push notifications need to be activated by you in your settings.
  2. To Activate: Add the Lawnhiro Login page to your home screen and enable push notifications by accessing the “Notifications” tab in your in-app settings. Select “Via Push” and confirm in the popup message that appears. Your push notifications will now be activated on your device, so you do not miss any job opportunities.

Claiming jobs (gigs)

  1. Customers are able to request service either on-demand or on a date in the future. On-demand means same day or next day (weather permitting)
  2. Jobs are posted in the “Available Jobs” tab in your account. You and all the other providers in your region are sent a notification via email, push notification, or both (depending on your settings).
  3. You can claim a job by logging into the Lawnhiro app and selecting a date and time of completion.
