Replikwando System error 5 has occurred Access is denied

If you try to start the Replikwando service and you receive the message:

System error 5 has occurred. Access is denied

1. Make sure you are on an administrator account on the server.
2. Double check the file sizes of the programs in the Replikwando folder on the server. If the file sizes of any programs (particularly ReplikwandoServices.exe) are different than what they should be, you should transfer the correct version of the file to the server.
