All dates shown are when files were put on the Auto-Updater. Users can manually check for new updates in ITrack by going to the Actions menu (at the top) > Updater > Check for updates.

2011-05-18

Appraisal

  • Fixed an issue where appraisals from the Search screen would always fail.

Part Configuration

  • Changed: The error message that appears when a user attempts to add a make/model that already exists is friendlier. (Bug 2055)

Parts

  • Fixed an issue where the checkboxes at the bottom of the Advanced tab would be no longer visible for some users.

Vehicles

  • Fixed an issue where costs could get duplicating in a rare case. (Bug 2045)

Interchange

  • Fixed a bug where the user was unable to tab out of the part type field once they had selected a part type.

Parts

  • Fixed a bug where the Interchange dialog would appear multiple times after the user selected an interchange option.
  • Added: users can now use Alt+V followed by Alt+C to very quickly check/uncheck the "Print Tag from Search" checkbox on the Advanced tab.
    • Alt+B will get the user back to the Basic tab.

General

  • Users can now decide if they want enter to move to the next field(in most cases).
    • This can also be changed at any time by going to Edit > Options > General tab > bottom most checkbox.
  • Enter will now perform operations in more places.
  • Most buttons that open a dialog when pressed now have ... at the end of their button text.
  • Fixed a bug where our buttons weren't friendly enough.

Vehicles

  • Added Insurer and Insured fields on the Info tab.

Vendor List

  • Fixed a bug where trying to add a vendor to a Purchase Order and the vendor was none-unique would not bring up a list of vendors to choose from on the Vendor List screen.

  • Fixed a crash that could occur after entering a customer or vendor. (Bug 2034)

Search

  • Fixed a bug where the number being returned when performing an interchange lookup would have all of its leading zeros removed causing the following inventory search to return no results.
  • Fixed a bug that could cause seemingly random errors and crashing to occur.

General

  • Changed: Guidelines are now shown consistently in all lists. (Bug 1933)
  • Changed: All screens with multiple lists now have a resize handle so the user can size the lists to their liking.
  • Fixed an issue where users without the permission could still edit the Options. (Bug 1588)

Part Configuration

  • Fixed a crash that could occur if the user didn't have permission to open the screen and tried to. (Bug 1992)

Purchase Orders, Quotes & Sales

  • Fixed the tab order on the Address Information dialog. (Bug 2026)

Quickbooks

  • Fixed an issue where the Export button was too close to the Select All button and thus the Export button could accidentally be clicked when trying to click Select All. (Bug 2025)

Vehicles

  • Changed: Lists now resize with the main ITrack window. (Costs, Performance & Q And A tabs)
  • Changed: User interface has been reorganized for ease of use. (Costs tab)
    • Tab order has been changed so the first three fields are the only three required (Vendor, Type of cost & Amount).
      • This allow the user to enter in the first 3 fields and then press Alt+C to create a new cost quickly.
  • Changed: Upon clicking the Create New button, the fields will now clear so multiple costs can be quickly entered. (Costs tab) (Bug 1924)

Vendor

  • Changed: Lists on the Purchase Orders tab now resize with the main ITrack window. (Bug 1934)
